Mexico Consulting Group can structure and implement both short and medium term financing for exports to (and imports from) Mexico.  It also can implement project and lease financing for equipment which is required for use in Mexico on projects of various types.  Usually, these transactions can be structured on a non-recourse basis to the US exporter or parent company.  This is frequently done by taking assignments of sales or “product off-take” contracts.

Our financing channel partner is a firm based in Washington, DC, headed up by a former Wells Fargo international banker with over 30 years of experience in the Mexican financial markets.  He is supported by a network of financial professionals in both the USA and Mexico who are involved with each transaction as needed.   Our objective for each transaction is to implement a solution based upon sound financial principles that will satisfy the needs and objectives of all parties to the transaction while being able to withstand problems or issues caused by subsequent events that frequently occur when doing business in Mexico.
